About Andy

Andy is an Associate Broker licensed by the BCFSA for Trading Services, Strata Management, and Rental Property Management. With nearly eight years of Managing Broker experience at two prominent BC brokerages, he brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, brokerage operations, and professional standards. Andy has supported MLS Medallion top‑producing agents and mentored new licensees, consistently fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and strategic growth. 

Andy oversees a diverse portfolio of furnished and unfurnished rental properties, including luxury ocean‑view residences and single‑family homes in some of the region’s most desirable neighbourhoods. His hands‑on management experience provides valuable insight into investor objectives, tenant relations, and asset performance. 

Andy is well‑versed in the purchase and sale of detached homes, townhomes, condominiums, and presale developments. He holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations, enabling him to serve a broad range of clients—from local homeowners to international investors—while providing guidance that maximizes value and supports informed real estate decisions.
